Cut the butter into cubes and leave at room temperature to soften.
Sift the flour.
Preheat an oven to 180ºC.
Grease the round tins and line with parchment paper.
Assemble the Food Processor bowl onto the power unit.
Fit the Dual whisk to the Food Processor bowl.
Add Ingredients 1 (butter, sugar) into the Food Processor bowl.
Mix for about 2 minutes until light and fluffy.
With the machine running, gradually add the first item of Ingredients 2 (eggs) to the bowl.
Mix until combined.
Using a spatula, fold in the remaining item of Ingredients 2 (flour) to the bowl.
Carefully spoon the mixture evenly between the round tins.
Bake for 20 minutes at 180ºC until a skewer tests clean.
Turn out onto a cooling rack.
Serve.
Decorate cake as desired.
