4 Ingredient Breakfast Bars

These quick, simple flapjacks are still tasty and gooey. You could add dried fruit, nut, chocolate chips or break up and serve with fruit and yoghurt.

Ingredients

250 grams jumbo oats
125 grams butter
125 grams light brown sugar
2  golden syrup


Instructions

STEP 1/3

Melt the butter.

STEP 2/3

Fit the K beater to the machine.

Pre heat the oven to 200ºC.

Grease the square tin.

STEP 3/3

Add the Ingredients (oats, butter, sugar, syrup) into the Mixer bowl.

Attach the Mixer bowl to the machine and fit the splash guard.

Mix on speed Min for 1 minute.

Pour the mixture into the square tin and level.

Bake for 15 minutes at 200ºC.

Leave to cool.

Serve.
