Tasty hot or cold, this frittata is easy to make and can be used for lunches or as a main meal.

  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  4. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  5. Add egg, double cream and parmesan cheese to the kCook bowl
  6. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  7. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  8. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 8
  9. Season
  10. Add button mushroom to the egg mixture
  11. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  12. Slice onion and red bell pepper into the egg mixture with direct prep attachment
  13. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  14. Add nutmeg and tomato paste to the egg mixture
  15. Mix with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 6
  16. Pour egg mixture into medium cast iron skillet
  17. Bake until cooked through - 10 min, 180°C
  18. Serve
