Flaky Pastry
This recipe is just pastry but it is great for savoury pies or even sausage rolls.
Ingredients
- 160g Butter
- 200g All Purpose Flour
- 5g Salt
- 100g Water
Tools
- Plastic wrap
- kCook Multi
- Lightly floured surface
- Kcook bowl
Method
- Fit max blade to kCook bowl
- Add all purpose flour, salt and water to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl
- Blend with filler cap removed - 30 sec, speed 8
- Then add butter to the kCook bowl
- Blend with filler cap removed - 30 sec, speed 8
- Transfer content of kCook bowl to lightly floured surface
- Form into a ball
- Wrap with plastic wrap
- Chill
