Ingredients

• 160g Butter
• 200g All Purpose Flour
• 5g Salt
• 100g Water

Tools

• Plastic wrap
• kCook Multi
• Lightly floured surface
• Kcook bowl

Method

1. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
2. Add all purpose flour, salt and water to the kCook bowl
3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
5. Blend with filler cap removed - 30 sec, speed 8
6. Then add butter to the kCook bowl
7. Blend with filler cap removed - 30 sec, speed 8
8. Transfer content of kCook bowl to lightly floured surface
9. Form into a ball
10. Wrap with plastic wrap
11. Chill
12. Use
