1L Water
2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
2 tablespoons All Purpose Flour
200ml Milk
200ml Fish Stock
4 sprigs Fresh Parsley
2 Garlic Cloves

Sink
Kcook bowl
Steamer tray
Method
Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
Add water to the kCook bowl
Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
Heat with filler cap fitted - 104°C
Add hake fillet to the steamer tray
Fit
Steam - 25 min, 104°C
Set aside
Empty content of kCook bowl into sink
Clean kCook bowl
Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
Add unsalted butter to the kCook bowl
Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
Heat with filler cap fitted - 1 min, 80°C, speed 3
Then add all purpose flour to the kCook bowl
Whisk with filler cap fitted - 5 min, 110°C, speed 6
Then add milk, fish stock, fresh parsley and garlic clove to the kCook bowl
Whisk with filler cap fitted - 15 min, 98°C, speed 6
Transfer fish to kCook bowl
Mix with filler cap fitted - 3 min, 60°C, speed 2
Serve
