  2. Add water to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Heat with filler cap fitted - 104°C
  6. Add hake fillet to the steamer tray
  7. Fit
  8. Steam - 25 min, 104°C
  9. Set aside
  10. Empty content of kCook bowl into sink
  11. Clean kCook bowl
  12. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  13. Add unsalted butter to the kCook bowl
  14. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  15. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  16. Heat with filler cap fitted - 1 min, 80°C, speed 3
  17. Then add all purpose flour to the kCook bowl
  18. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 5 min, 110°C, speed 6
  19. Then add milk, fish stock, fresh parsley and garlic clove to the kCook bowl
  20. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 15 min, 98°C, speed 6
  21. Transfer fish to kCook bowl
  22. Mix with filler cap fitted - 3 min, 60°C, speed 2
  23. Serve
