These oven baked BBQ Ribs are fall-off-the-bone delicious. Packed with incredible flavour with an easy to make dry rub first, then coated in a seasoned barbecue sauce so addictive you won’t stop at one.




  1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  2. Line a clean baking tray with parchment paper
  3. Place pork ribs on the baking tray
  4. Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, ground cumin, cayenne pepper and olive oil to a clean small bowl
  5. Mix until combined
  6. Rub marinade onto pork
  7. Cover with foil
  8. Bake - 2 hr, 180°C
  9. Attach the Stir Tool
  10. Add ketchup, apple cider vinegar, dark brown sugar, worcestershire sauce, honey and lemon juice to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  11. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  12. Cook with splashguard fitted - 10 min, 100°C, Stir 1
  13. Remove the pork ribs from the oven
  14. Coat ribs with sauce
  15. Bake - 10 min, 180°C
  16. Remove from oven then set aside - 10 min
  17. Serve
