This easy no fail soufflé filled with cheese, bacon and chives will leave your guests wanting more.

  1. Pre-heat oven - 190°C
  2. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  3. Add bacon and salted butter to the kCook bowl
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  6. Cook with filler cap removed - 1 min 20 sec, 90°C, speed 2
  7. Then add all purpose flour to the kCook bowl
  8. Cook with filler cap removed - 2 min, 110°C, speed 5
  9. Then add milk, salt and emmental cheese to the kCook bowl
  10. Mix with filler cap removed - 2 min, 98°C, speed 5
  11. Let rest - 10 min
  12. Add egg, fresh chives and baking powder to the kCook bowl
  13. Mix with filler cap removed - 5 min, speed 5
  14. Transfer content of kCook bowl to 6 ramekins
  15. Bake until golden brown - 20 min, 190°C
  16. Serve immediately
