60 g raspberries

40 g blueberries

80 g strawberries

150 g apple juice

1 tsp runny honey

0.5 Tbsp chia seeds

2 ice cubes

Instructions

Step 1

Add raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, apple juice, honey, chia seeds and ice cubes into the attachment.

Blend for 20 seconds on speed Max until combined.

 

Serve.

Tip: You can substitute fresh fruit for frozen fruit; just make sure you defrost it first. You can also use coconut water instead of apple juice – you may need to adjust the sweetness by adding more honey.
