If you ordered on the Kenwood website after September 2023, your purchase will automatically be registered to your account. If you ordered before then, or purchased your appliance or coffee machine with a different retailer, please register your product.

We will always provide troubleshooting before booking you in for a repair or service, if you have a stand mixer, we find most of our customers’ issues can be solved with ourProduct Assistant, without needing to book in a repair. If your kitchen appliance is in warranty, we will book your repair in free-of-charge. You will need to have registered your product or send us proof of purchase to qualify.
