3 bananas
75 g vegetable oil
100 g light brown sugar
225 g plain flour
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon
50 g walnuts, coarsely chopped
50 g vegan dark chocolate chips
Loaf tin 25 cm (10"), KHC30.000WH, KHC30.050GY, KHC30.070GY, K-Beater
Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Line a loaf tin with parchment paper.
Fit the splashguard, then fit the K-Beater.
Add bananas into the appliance bowl.
Mix for about 2 minutes on speed 4 until mashed.
Add oil, sugar, flour, baking powder and cinnamon.
Mix for about 2 minutes on speed Min until combined and then scrape the bowl.
Add walnuts and chocolate chips.
Mix for about 30 seconds on speed Min until combined.
Transfer the batter into the loaf tin.
Bake for 1 hour at 180ºC until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
Tip: Check after 20 minutes of baking if the top is not burning, cover with foil if needed.
Serve.
