750 g

90 g egg whites

630 g icing sugar, sifted

1 tsp lemon juice

KHC30.000WH, KHC30.050GY, KHC30.070GY, K-Beater

Instructions

Step 1

Fit the K-Beater.

Add egg whites into the appliance bowl.

Mix for about 2 minutes on speed Max until soft peaks have formed.

Add 160 g icing sugar.

Mix for about 3 minutes on speed Min until incorporated.

Step 2

Add the remaining icing sugar while the machine is running.

Mix for about 7 minutes on speed 2 until incorporated.

Add lemon juice.

Mix about 1 minute on speed Max until smooth and glossy.

Use as desired.
