90 g egg whites

630 g icing sugar

1 tsp lemon juice

KZM35.000GY, KZM35.000RD, KZM35.000GR, K-Beater

Instructions

Step 1

Fit the K-Beater.

Add egg whites into the appliance bowl.

Mix for 1 minute on speed Max until soft peaks have formed.

Add 160 g icing sugar.

Mix for 2 minutes on speed 1 until incorporated.

Step 2

Add the remaining icing sugar while the machine is running.

Mix for 7 minutes on speed 2 until incorporated.

Add lemon juice.

Mix for 1 minute on speed Max until smooth and glossy.

Use as desired.
