200 g plain flour

2 eggs

35 g caster sugar

200 g milk

1.25 tsp baking powder

1 pinch salt

2 Tbsp unsalted butter

Instructions

Step 1

Fit the Whisk Tool.

Add flour, eggs, sugar, milk, baking powder and salt into the appliance bowl, fit the splashguard.

Whisk for about 2 minutes on speed Max until smooth.

Step 2

Add butter into a frying pan.

Heat on a medium-high heat until melted.

Gradually pour the batter into the frying pan until the bottom of the pan is just covered.

Cook each side for 1 minute on medium-high heat until golden brown.

Transfer the pancake to a serving plate and repeat the process with the rest of the batter.

 

Serve.
