6 ice cubes

3 limes, juice of

40 g cane sugar syrup

160 g rum

800 g sparkling water

4 sprigs fresh mint

Instructions

Step 1

Add ice, lime juice, cane sugar syrup and rum into the Personal Blender.

Pulse until the ice has broken up.

Blend for 1 minute until combined.

Step 2

Divide the mixture between 4 serving glasses and top with sparkling water.

Garnish each glass with a sprig of mint.
