Instructions

Step 1

Fit the splashguard, then fit the Dough Tool.

Add flour, water, yeast and salt into the appliance bowl.

Knead for about 8 minutes on speed Min until the dough has formed.

Step 2

Transfer the dough to a lightly oiled bowl.

Cover with a tea towel and prove until doubled in size for 1 hour.

Step 3

Gently knead the dough to knock out excess air.

Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces.

Shape each piece into a ball.

Use as desired.
