250 g unsalted butter, cubed, softened

3 Tbsp hot honey

1 pinch chilli flakes, optional

Utensils

Airtight container, FDM73.850SS, FDM73.480SS, Knife Blade

Instructions

Step 1

Fit the Knife Blade.

Add butter, hot honey and chilli flakes into the appliance bowl.

Select the Puree preset.

Scrape the bowl with a spatula.

Select the Puree preset again.

Step 2

Wrap the hot honey butter in parchment paper and place in an airtight container.

Use as desired.
