250 g unsalted butter, cubed, softened

3 Tbsp hot honey

1 pinch chilli flakes, optional

Instructions

Step 1

Fit the Knife Blade.

Add butter, hot honey and chilli flakes into the appliance bowl.

Mix for 30 seconds on speed 1 until combined and then scrape the bowl.

Mix for 30 seconds on speed 1 until combined.

Step 2

Wrap the hot honey butter in parchment paper and place in an airtight container.

Use as desired.
