4 dried chillies
85 g roasted red peppers, drained, rinsed
1 Tbsp tomato purée
2 garlic cloves
0.5 tsp ground caraway
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp ground cumin
0.5 tsp smoked paprika
0.25 tsp cayenne pepper
sea salt, as needed
2 tsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp olive oil

Select the Grind Pastes preset.
Add dried chilli, red pepper, tomato purée, garlic, caraway seeds, coriander, cumin, paprika, cayenne, salt, lemon juice, olive oil into the mill jar.
Attach the Mini Chopper attachment to the machine.
Grind into a paste.
Transfer the Harissa paste into a sterilised jar.
Use as desired.
Tip: Store it in a sealed, sterilised jar in the fridge for two weeks.
