450 g plain flour
7 g instant yeast
50 g caster sugar
1 tsp salt
5 eggs
1 Tbsp milk
200 g unsalted butter, cubed, softened
1 egg, beaten

Grease a loaf tin
Fit the Dough Tool.
Add flour, yeast, sugar, salt, eggs and milk into the appliance bowl.
Knead for about 2 minutes on speed 2 until combined.
Add butter.
Knead for about 5 minutes on speed Min until the dough has formed.
Cover the bowl with a tea towel and prove for 1 hour 30 minutes until doubled in size.
Transfer the dough to a lightly floured work surface.
Gently pull the edges into the centre.
Roll the dough into a ball, then roll them into a log.
Divide the dough into 10 equal pieces.
Let rest for 10 minutes.
Roll each dough piece into a ball.
Transfer the dough balls into the tin in two rows of 5.
Cover with a tea towel and let rest for 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Brush the dough balls with beaten egg.
Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C until golden brown.
Serve.
