1 - Pre-heat oven - 180°C2 - Grease and line a clean square pan with parchment paper3 - Attach K Beater4 - Add unsalted butter and caster sugar to the Kenwood Bowl5 - Mix with splashguard fitted until light and fluffy - 2 min, Speed Max6 - Then add egg and vanilla extract to the Kenwood Bowl7 - Mix with splashguard fitted until combined - 2 min, Speed Max8 - Then add baking powder, plain flour and milk to the Kenwood Bowl9 - Mix with splashguard fitted until combined - 1 min, Speed Max10 - Pour batter into square pan11 - Bake until golden brown and let cool - 180°C12 - Add icing sugar and water to a clean bowl13 - Mix until thick14 - Transfer icing to cake15 - Spread until covered16 - Sprinkle with sprinkles17 - Leave until set18 - Serve
