Deliveries and returns

We want to make sure you are delighted every time you shop with us. Please find here below a few useful information on our deliveries and returns policies.

Shipping details

We will take care of the shipment of your order as soon as your purchase is placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email including your shipment tracking link to keep your delivery status monitored directly on the shipping carrier’s website.

Standard shipping is free of charge for orders above €35 while a shipping fee of €6 will be applied on orders below this amount.

Delivery timing depends on ordered products, addresses and shipment methods. During sales or promotional periods, shipments might take slightly longer than expected.

Remember to provide a residential delivery address and a valid phone number when placing your order. 

Please note that it is not possible to deliver your orders abroad.

For safety reasons, the following products will be delivered exclusively through standard shipping: portable air conditioners, dehumidifiers and descalers.

Povrati

Zadovoljstvo kupaca shvaćamo vrlo ozbiljno. 
Ako niste zadovoljni svojom kupovinom, nekorištene proizvode kupljene na našoj službenoj web stranici možete vratiti u roku 30 dana od isporuke i dobit ćete puni povrat njihove kupovne cijene.

Postupak povrata:
Poduzmite sljedeće korake:
1.a Pristupite svom privatnom računu (za registrirane članove).

1.b Pristupite stranici narudžbe koju ste dobili e-mailom (za goste).

2. Kliknite POVRAT koji se nalazi u gornjem desnom kutu stranice.

3. Odaberite proizvod koji želite vratiti.

4. Preuzmite naljepnicu za besplatni povrat i obrazac za povrat.

5. Obrazac za povrat stavite u paket i zatvorite paket (proizvodi moraju biti vraćeni u njihovom originalnom pakiranju).

6. Zalijepite naljepnicu za povrat (dostavna služba UPS) na paket.

7. Odnesite paket na najbližu lokaciju dostavne službe UPS ili dogovorite besplatno preuzimanje na vašoj adresi.
(Za preuzimanje na kućnoj adresi kontaktirajte dostavnu službu UPS na službeni telefonski broj tvrtke ili putem njihove web stranice).
Praćenje povratne pošiljke bit će prikazano i ažurirano na vašoj stranici gdje ste zaprimili potvrdu narudžbe.

Vodite računa da se naljepnica za besplatni povrat može iskoristiti u roku 30 dana od datuma vašeg zahtjeva za povrat.
 
Ako odaberete drugu dostavnu službu za povrat, imajte na umu da će trošak isporuke definirati dostavna služba na trošak kupca te mi nećemo moći pratiti vaš povrat i informirati vas o statusu povrata. 

Ne preuzimamo odgovornost za naknade štete ili gubitke koji nastanu nakon što su ti proizvodi isporučeni vama.

Ne zaboravite uključiti sve povezane darove u zahtjev za povrat, kao i u paket za povrat.

What to add inside the return parcel

In case of a return, please add all the following items inside the original box and parcel:
  • The unused product in their original condition and packaging
  • Accessories included inside the original box
  • Anything else received with the products (this includes free gifts and discount vouchers)
  • Warranty Paper
  • User manual

Refunds

All refunds will occur via the original payment method used within 14 days from the receipt of the goods.
