1- Attach the Stir Tool
2- Add jam sugar and pectin to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
3- Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
4- Mix with splashguard fitted until combined - 1 min, Speed 1
5- Then add strawberries to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
6- Mix with splashguard fitted until combined - 30 sec, Speed Min
7- Let rest - 10 min
8- Cook with splashguard fitted until thickened then scrape bowl - 40 min, 110°C, Stir 1
9- Then add lemon juice to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
10- Mix with splashguard fitted until combined - 1 min, Stir 1
11- Carefully remove the splash guard to allow the steam escape and let cool
12- Pour jam into jar carefully
13- Chill in fridge until needed
