Ingredients Egg whites 2 Caster sugar 125 grams
Getting started 1- Fit the Whisk tool to the machine. 2- Line the baking tray with parchment paper.3- Pre heat the oven to 110ºC. Stage 1 1- Add the first item of the Ingredients (egg whites) into the Mixer bowl.2- Attach the Mixer bowl to the machine and fit the splash guard. 3- While the machine is running, add the last item of the Ingredients (caster sugar) into the Mixer bowl.4- Mix on speed Max for 2 minutes. 5- Transfer the contents of the Mixer bowl to the piping bag – use a nozzle if you want a particular shape.6- Pipe the meringue mixture onto the baking tray with even spacing in between.7- Bake for 2 hours at 110ºC.8- Serve.
