1 - Grease a clean square pan2 - Pre-heat oven - 180°C3 - Add sugar, butter and golden syrup to a clean saucepan4 - Heat until combined while stirring frequently5 - Set aside6 - Attach K Beater7 - Add oats, dried apricots, raisins, linseeds and dried cranberries to the Kenwood Bowl8 - Transfer content of saucepan to Kenwood Bowl9 - Mix - 2 min, Speed 210 - Transfer content of Kenwood Bowl to square pan and gently pat into pan11 - Use a knife to score out squares12 - Bake until golden brown - 15 min, 180°C13 - Let cool on round wire rack14 - Cut15 - Serve
