Ingredients

3-4 tbsp tahini, stirred
300g tinned chickpeas, drained
1 garlic clove
30g lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
​​​​​​​A pinch of salt

Method

1 - Remove the high-speed outlet cover from your Chef stand mixer.

2 - Fit the food processor attachment and knife blade to the high-speed outlet.

3 - Add the tahini, chickpeas, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil and salt to the food processor bowl, then secure the lid.

4 - Mix on a medium speed until combined. You can add warm to hot water or extra olive oil, if required

5 - Empty to a bowl and serve with fresh pitta breads or crackers.
