How to use the compact mill attachment
To use the Mini Chopper/Mill attachment simply place your ingredients in the jar, making sure you don’t fill it past the maximum level. Then with the blades facing down, place the blade unit on the top of the jar, ensuring that the rubber seal is in place. Screw the base down on top to secure.
Fit the attachment to your mixer’s high speed outlet and switch it to maximum speed. Once the desired consistency has been achieved, switch off your mixer and remove the attachment with both hands.
Your Mini Chopper/Mill attachment comes with three handy extra jars with airtight lids for easy storage. Made from glass to ensure there is no flavour crossover, they’re perfect for keeping your food fresher for longer.
