Please ensure the food item you are using fits into the feed tube; cut the end of the food to create a flat surface to attach to the end of the pusher. Uneven ends will make it difficult to secure to the end of the pusher causing poor results.Ensure that the diameter of the food is more than 5 cm so that it can be attached securely to the end of the pusher.Food items need to be fresh and firm. If they are too soft, they will rotate in the feed tube.Use firm pressure to push ingredients down evenly using the palm of your hand.
