Check the following:
- Fit the cooking bowl by aligning the locating tab to the back of the power unit, then press down lightly to secure.
- Ensure the lid is assembled and fitted correctly:
- The clear inner section of the lid should be fitted into the grey outer section (it will feel loose but should not fall out).
- The lid handles should align with the bowl handles.
