The shaft design has been updated in recent years. It is possible that the shaft on your Flexi Beater is a different design to your other bowl tools. To confirm compare the shaft on this bowl tool to your other bowl tools.If it is different please contact the Customer Experience team via our contact form and they can send you the correct shaft for your Chef or Major. Please ensure you fill in all the information requested to enable us to assist you as quickly as possible.The shaft can be replaced by unscrewing the old one and screwing the replacement into the bowl tool. Adjust the shaft to ensure the beater just touches the bottom of the bowl.
