CHEF Leigh Ann van Cuylenburg Chef Leigh has over 10 years of experience in chocolates and pastries and is currently a Chocolatier at Anatta Culinary Academy. After graduating, she was drawn to transforming raw ingredients into chocolate and pastry masterpieces, leading her to major in Pastry & Bakery Arts. Her career spans various restaurants, where she developed recipes and desserts. In recent years, Chef Leigh has focused on teaching cooking and baking courses, sharing her skills and creativity with both adults and children.
CHEF Sharon Leong Chef Sharon has extensive experience in creating innovative recipes that add a fun twist to her classes. After graduating with an Advanced Diploma in Patisserie from the Academy of Pastry Art Malaysia, she joined ABC Cooking Studio, where she taught using engaging methods. She then honed her skills at TQ Enterprise, developing creative pastries and cakes, before specializing in custom-designed cakes and pastries. Since 2022, Chef Sharon has been developing recipes and lesson plans for baking classes, making baking accessible to both beginners and experts.
