Chef Leigh has over 10 years of experience in chocolates and pastries and is currently a Chocolatier at Anatta Culinary Academy. After graduating, she was drawn to transforming raw ingredients into chocolate and pastry masterpieces, leading her to major in Pastry & Bakery Arts. Her career spans various restaurants, where she developed recipes and desserts. In recent years, Chef Leigh has focused on teaching cooking and baking courses, sharing her skills and creativity with both adults and children.
