150 gramas unsalted butter
150 gramas plain flour
1 pitada salt
150 gramas brown sugar
150 gramas ground almonds

Instruções

PASSO 1/3

Cut the butter into cubes and keep cold.

PASSO 2/3

Fit the K beater to the machine.

Pre heat the oven to 180ºC.

PASSO 3/3

Add Ingredients (butter, flour, salt, sugar, almonds) into the Mixer bowl.

Attach the Mixer bowl to the machine and fit the splash guard.

Mix on speed 2 until coarse crumbs form - be careful not to overmix.

Sprinkle the topping on top of the fruit.

Bake for 30 minutes at 180ºC.

Serve.
