What is the maximum dough load I can do on my MultiPro XL Weigh+? For how long and how often?

The maxiumum dough load should not exceed 1kg. Avoid processing for longer than 60 seconds to prevent strain on the motor. Allow the machine to cool for 15 minutes between dough batches.
