Milk Jelly & Figs

A simple Turkish dessert.
Ingredients
- 6 Silver Leaf Gelatin Sheets
- 1 tablespoon Rosewater Extract
- 6 Figs
- 500g Milk
- 50g Icing Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Honey
Tools
- Plastic wrap
- kCook Multi
- Kcook bowl
- Serving plate
- Rectangular pan - 11 x 7"
Method
- Line a clean rectangular pan with plastic wrap
- Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
- Add milk to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl
- Heat with filler cap removed - 90°C, speed 3
- Then add icing sugar, silver leaf gelatin sheet and rosewater extract to the kCook bowl
- Whisk with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 6
- Transfer content of kCook bowl to rectangular pan
- Chill overnight in fridge until set
- Turn out
- Cut into squares
- Add figs and honey to a clean serving plate
- Serve
