Herb Dumplings

These herby dumplings are the perfect accompaniment for a hearty stew or casserole and are cooked on top of the stew during the last 20 minutes of cooking time.
Ingredients
- 125g Vegetarian Suet
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Rosemary
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Thyme
- 250g Plain Flour
- ½ teaspoon Sea Salt
- 3 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 150g Water

Method
- Attach K Beater
- Add plain flour, vegetarian suet, sea salt, fresh parsley, fresh rosemary, fresh thyme and baking powder to the Kenwood Bowl
- Mix with splashguard fitted until combined - 20 sec, Speed 1
- Add water to the Kenwood Bowl while machine is running
- Mix with splashguard fitted until combined - 20 sec, Speed 1
- Flour your hands
- Divide equal pieces
- Roll into balls
- Add to the top of simmering stew or casserole
- Cook - 20 min
- Serve
