These herby dumplings are the perfect accompaniment for a hearty stew or casserole and are cooked on top of the stew during the last 20 minutes of cooking time.

  1. Attach K Beater
  2. Add plain flour, vegetarian suet, sea salt, fresh parsley, fresh rosemary, fresh thyme and baking powder to the Kenwood Bowl
  3. Mix with splashguard fitted until combined - 20 sec, Speed 1
  4. Add water to the Kenwood Bowl while machine is running
  5. Mix with splashguard fitted until combined - 20 sec, Speed 1
  6. Flour your hands
  7. Divide equal pieces
  8. Roll into balls
  9. Add to the top of simmering stew or casserole
  10. Cook - 20 min
  11. Serve
