Fresh brown rice salad filled with fibre, and vitamins.




  1. Fit coarse grating disc (3) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Add water, brown rice and salt to the kCook bowl
  4. Add broccoli to the steamer tray
  5. Steam - 20 min, 104°C
  6. Drain and let cool
  7. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  8. Grate carrot into a clean large mixing bowl with direct prep attachment
  9. Add cherry tomatoes, rocket and walnuts to the large mixing bowl
  10. Transfer rice to large mixing bowl
  11. Transfer vegetables to large mixing bowl
  12. Mix until combined
  13. Add extra virgin olive oil, sherry vinegar and wholegrain mustard to a clean medium glass bowl
  14. Season
  15. Mix until combined
  16. Drizzle salad with dressing
  17. Serve
