Strawberry Syrup for Drinks

A tasty syrup great for cocktails. When straining the syrup don't squash the strawberries, it will make the syrup cloudy, but you can use the strawberries on yoghurt or porridge. Syrup can be stored in a sealed container in the fridge for two weeks.

Step 1

Fit the Stir Tool

Step 2

Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl, fit the splashguard

Step 3

Cook - 20 minutes, 95ºC, speed Stir 4

Step 4

Strain the mixture into a jug and leave to cool

Step 5

Serve
