1 Tbsp coriander seeds

0.5 Tbsp cumin seeds

2 tsp black peppercorns

1 tsp fennel seeds

0.5 tsp cloves

4 bay leaves

Instructions

Step 1

Add coriander seeds, cumin seeds, peppercorns, fennel seeds, cloves and bay leaves into a frying pan.

Heat for 2-3 minutes on a medium-high heat until toasted.

Step 2

Select the Grind Spices preset.

Transfer the spices to the mill jar.

Attach the Mini Chopper attachment to the machine.

Grind the spices.

Transfer the mixture into a sterilised jar.

Use as desired.

 

Tip: This can be stored in an airtight container for up to six months.
