320 g avocados, peeled, halved, stoned

1 lime, juice only

1 garlic clove, peeled

1 green chilli pepper, destemmed, deseeded

70 g tomatoes, quartered

20 g fresh coriander, leaves only

1 Tbsp olive oil

salt, as needed

Instructions

Step 1

Fit the Knife Blade.
Add avocado, lime juice, garlic, chilli, tomatoes, coriander, olive oil and salt into the appliance bowl.
Blend for 20 seconds, on speed Max, until smooth.

 

Serve.
