Guacamole

Name: Guacamole
Ingredients: 320 g avocados, peeled, halved, stoned; 1 lime, juice only; 1 garlic clove, peeled; 1 green chilli pepper, destemmed, deseeded; 70 g tomatoes, quartered; 20 g fresh coriander, leaves only; 1 Tbsp olive oil; salt, as needed

This is a fresh tasting lightly spiced dip made of avocados, delicious served with tortilla chips. For a smooth dip make sure you use ripe avocados.

Instructions

Step 1

Fit the Knife Blade.
Add avocado, lime juice, garlic, chilli, tomatoes, coriander, olive oil and salt into the appliance bowl.
Blend for 20 seconds, on speed Max, until smooth.

Serve.
