60 g olive oil

2 Tbsp red wine vinegar

100 g fresh parsley

2 garlic cloves, finely chopped

1 red chilli, deseeded, chopped

0.75 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp salt

0.5 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions

Step 1

Select the Grind Paste preset.

Add oil, vinegar, parsley, garlic, chilli, oregano, salt and pepper to the mill jar.

Attach the Mini Chopper attachment to the machine.

Grind into a paste.

Remove the attachment from the machine.

To serve

Serve over grilled meat and vegetables.
