There is too much pulp coming out in the juice on my PureJuice XL.

If your juice has too much pulp in it, it may be that the filter or scroll is clogged. Some fruits and vegetables are more fibrous than others and they may wrap easily around the scroll. Try to cut the food you want to process into smaller pieces, especially the fibrous ones.
