If your PureJuice XL stops whilst in use, it may be because one of the following has occurred:
1- The food inserted inside the feed tube, filter or at the top of the scroll has clogged. This may occur if the food has not been cut into enough small pieces. Please press the reverse button for 3-5 seconds. Repeat the process 2-3 times until the blockage has cleared. DO NOT attempt to open the lid by force. Switch off the machine, unplug and remove the lid, and check if any clogging is visible and if necessary remove the food. Now you can continuing juicing.
2- The juicer is overloaded or overheated due to heavy loads. If this is the case, switch your machine off, unplug and take the juicer apart. Clear and reassemble the juicer. Plug in and press the \'Reset\' button, hold for 1-2 seconds and start operation as normal. as normal.
