My PureJuice XL does not operate. I try to juice and it doesn’t start

If your PureJuice XL does not operate when you turn the power on, it may be possible that the machine is not attached to any power source. Please make sure that the appliance is plugged in correctly. If the appliance still does not operate, it could be that the juicing bowl is not properly aligned on the power unit or the lid is not locked correctly. Please check that all parts are fitted correctly.
