Ingredients

Ingredients 
Plain flour  500 grams
Dried yeast  7 grams
Olive oil  2 Tbsp.
Salt  1 1/2 tsp.
Water  300 grams

Method

Getting started 
 
1- Fit the Spiral dough tool to the machine. 
 
Stage 1 
 
 1- Add Ingredients (flour, yeast, oil, salt, water) into the Mixer bowl.
 2- Attach the Mixer bowl to the machine and fit the splash guard. 
 3- Mix on speed 1 for 10 minutes.
 4- Cover with a tea towel.
 5- Leave to prove for 40 minutes.
 6- Transfer the dough to a lightly floured worksurface.
 7- Divide the dough into 2 equal pieces.
 8- Gently pull the edges into the centre.
 9- Roll the dough over and roll into a ball shape.
10- Repeat this action with the other dough piece.
11- Cover with a tea towel.
12- Leave to rest for 10 minutes.
13- Pre heat the oven to 250ºC.
14- Sprinkle semolina onto the baking tray.
15- Take one of the dough balls, and place upside down on the lightly floured worksurface.
16- Carefully flatten the dough with your wrist.
17- Using a rolling pin, shape the dough into a circle about 15 cm in diameter and 0.5 mm thick.
18- Place the dough onto the baking tray.
19- Garnish your pizza as desired.
20- Bake for 10 minutes at 250ºC.
21- Repeat with the other dough ball.
22- Serve.
