These deliciously light flatbreads are perfect for dipping, soaking up stews or curries, or serving with salads. Made without yeast and cooked in a pan, they’re also super quick to make.

Use your stand mixer with the dough tool to mix and knead the dough in just a few minutes, before shaping and frying. Best enjoyed warm, these flatbreads also freeze well. Roll out the dough and freeze uncooked in a stack, placing greaseproof paper between each one to stop them from sticking together.

Step away from the takeaway menu! You can make these Chinese-inspired spiralized vegetable spring rolls in less time than it takes to order in, and because they’re rolled in rice paper wrappers and not fried, they’re a much healthier choice, too.

Use your stand mixer’s spiralizer attachment to turn your vegetables into colourful noodles and ribbons, before mixing them with chopped herbs to create the filling. This recipe uses lettuce, courgette, carrot, cucumber, mint and coriander, but you can try any of your favourite vegetables, or add tofu, chicken or prawns.  Serve with the spicy dipping sauce. Fresh, tasty and ready in just 10 minutes.
