I swooped the mint for basil. They are so good. Made a batch and the family had eaten before they had a chance to cool! It only took 10 mins to make with my new Kmix.
I'm a real scone-lover and know how to make a good scone, but these were somewhat dry and surprisingly tasteless. I was disappointed as I'd had the recipe for a while and had looked forward to finally making them.
