If you are using a Kenwood World app recipe, the app will automatically tell your appliance which speed to use.
Twelve speed settings are available which enable you to select the appropriate setting for individual recipes:
Speeds 1 to 3 | Intermittent slow stirring for recipes that will benefit from intermittent stirring to maintain the consistency of the food. E.g. casseroles, vegetable dishes, broths. |
Speed 4 | Constant slow stirring for recipes that require constant stirring to stop ingredients from sticking to the bottom of the bowl. E.g. risotto, stir fry. |
Speeds 5 to 6 | Constant stirring for recipes that need a faster stirring speed to combine ingredients, e.g. béchamel sauce, custard. |
Speeds 8 to 9 | For whisking egg whites and cream. |
Speeds 10 to 12 | Higher speed settings are available to process soups, etc. |
Important: When chopping/blending, make sure the lid filler cap is fitted to stop food splashing out of the bowl.
