My Chef Sense will not switch on. What can I try?

The Chef Sense is equipped with a load sensor which will cut off if the ingredients are too heavy. The illuminated dial will flash, and the speed dial will need to be turned to the zero position before restarting your Chef.

Reduce the load before restarting. If the head is lifted, the Chef Sense will also go into standby mode and stop functioning. Lower the head and reset the speed to zero, and the Chef can be restarted.

For more information please see our tutorial videos.

If the light flash sequence is different to that on the video please contact the Customer Experience team..
