- Add egg white and caster sugar to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl
- Whisk with filler cap removed - 2 min, speed 9
- If your egg whites are still liquid, repeat the next whisking step
- Whisk with filler cap removed - 15 sec, speed 9
