A delicious savoury scone, perfect when spread with butter.

  1. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  2. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  4. Add unsalted butter, salt, cayenne pepper, all purpose flour and baking powder to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  7. Mix with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 12
  8. Then add cheddar cheese to the dough
  9. Mix with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 5
  10. Then add milk to the dough
  11. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 12
  12. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  13. Knead
  14. Roll out until 1" thick
  15. Cut out into rounds
  16. Brush with milk
  17. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese
  18. Bake - 15 min, 200°C
  19. Serve
