Parchment paper, 45 cm x 33 cm (18" x 13"), MidiBlade

Instructions

Step 1

Pre-heat oven - 200°C

Step 2

Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper

Fit midi blade to kCook bowl

Step 4

Add unsalted butter, salt, cayenne pepper, all purpose flour and baking powder to the kCook bowl

Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi

Step 6

Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted

Step 7

Mix with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 12

Step 8

Then add cheddar cheese to the dough

Step 9

Mix with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 5

Step 10

Then add milk to the dough

Step 11

Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 12

Step 12

Transfer dough to lightly floured surface

Step 13

Knead

Step 14

Roll out until 1" thick

Step 15

Cut out into rounds

Step 16

Brush with milk

Step 17

Sprinkle with cheddar cheese

Step 18

Bake - 15 min, 200°C

Serve
