Fit the Adjustable Slicing Disc, setting 2.
Slice onion, courgette, leek, carrots and celery into the Appliance bowl using the Pusher.
Transfer the chopped vegetables into a saucepan.
Add garlic, salt, pepper and stock.
Heat on a medium-high heat, until boiling.
Simmer for 25 minutes on a medium heat, until the vegetables are soft.
