1 Saucepan large, 1 Bowl large, FDM72.990BK, Adjustable Slicing disc

Instructions

Step 1

Fit the Adjustable Slicing Disc, setting 2.
Slice onion, courgette, leek, carrots and celery into the Appliance bowl using the Pusher.
Transfer the chopped vegetables into a saucepan.
Add garlic, salt, pepper and stock. 
Heat on a medium-high heat, until boiling.
Simmer for 25 minutes on a medium heat, until the vegetables are soft.

Step 2

Clean the Appliance bowl and fit the Knife Blade.
Transfer one third of the soup into the Appliance bowl.
Blend for 30 seconds on speed Max, until smooth.
Transfer the soup into a large bowl and repeat the same with the rest of soup.

 

Serve.
